Currently, the cities suffer continuous improvement of public infraestrucures, not always strictly necessari and most of them badly planned. A priori, the objective is the satisfaction of commuters. This, in practice, results into an overall and permanently ongoing works of construction, deconstruction, reconstruction, rehabilitation and restoration, which causes the opposite effect to the initial aim of the city gobernors: malaise, failure, displacement, loss of historical memory and identity.
