Article 20.- Normes de conducta <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1. <\/strong>\u00c9s prohibit realitzar tota mena de grafit, pintada, taca, gargot, escrit, inscripci\u00f3 o grafisme, amb qualsevol mat\u00e8ria (tinta, pintura, mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica, o similars) o b\u00e9 ratllant la superf\u00edcie, sobre qualsevol element de l\u2019espai p\u00fablic, aix\u00ed com a l’interior o l’exterior d’equipaments, infraestructures o elements d’un servei p\u00fablic i instal\u00b7lacions en general, inclosos transport p\u00fablic, equipaments, mobiliari urb\u00e0, arbres, jardins i vies p\u00fabliques en general i la resta d\u2019elements descrits a l\u2019article 3 d\u2019aquesta Ordenan\u00e7a. Queden exclosos els murals art\u00edstics que es realitzin amb autoritzaci\u00f3 del propietari o amb autoritzaci\u00f3 municipal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This law forbids, for example, painting hopscotchs in the ground. To denounce the excessive regulation of public space, we made Eixarrancats, a project that showcased worldwide hopscotchs . We painted some of them and invited people to do it, as well as to play<\/p>\n

We also photocopied and delivered the instructions, including the article number 20 quoted above, as well as painted them on a 8x2m wall.<\/p>\n
