Main Axes

The project aims to be a tool for reflection and intervention in the neighborhood. Through various analysis and intervention techniques, we aim for the young people themselves to produce an artistic element that contributes to changing their perception of their surroundings and the way they relate to it.

Process

A collaborative project that offered the opportunity for students from the Trinitat Nova Educational Space to participate in the process of creating this mural painted on the ground of the park.

Thus, “Amistat” – the title of the project – is the result of the working process of the artist Anna Taratiel with students from the Trinitat Nova School Institute / Educational Space. The project has been developed by Difusor within the framework of the Trinitat Nova Neighborhood Plan, in collaboration with the Nou Barris District, the Trinitat Nova Neighborhood Association, and the Trinitat Nova School Institute (IETN).

The intervention took place during the spring of 2019 following the Service Learning (SL) methodology, where the formative process is developed while responding to the needs of the environment identified in the project itself.
